The Shady Valley Fire Protection District as of January 2, 2007 has adopted and is enforcing the 2003 ICC set of codes.
A Fire Safety Permit is required for ALL construction in the District.
The following link will take you to our permit application that needs to be submitted for any building prior to construction.
The District also enforce an Existing Building Ordinance, any time the occupancy changes an inspection must be performed, there is not an application process for this, you can call 636-296-3957 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm for information and for scheduling.
